    Apparently, some idiot in my neighborhood got tired of his dog and decided to cut it's throat, therefore he had the *great idea* of throwing the animal's corpse in front of my house this morning.

    Like, killing the poor animal on it's own is pretty stupid, but why the heck would you leave the problem to someone else?

      people like this deserve a punishment, like, i dunno, a very expensive bill, or something, because according to the law you cannot legally punish someone with physical pain, so it has to be something else
