      I read it, and it makes logical sense to me.

      I'm honestly surprised servers are being so huffy about this. Mojang gave them a pretty fair EULA, 2 years to change, and plenty of warning that they would be blocked. The servers are the ones at fault here. 

      (Thinking we are talking about the same EULA)

      Actually I agree with you, I actually changed my opinion on it recently. I just think it sucks because I wanted to buy an unbreakable golden sword on my favourite semi vanilla server. And yeah, obviously we are talking about the same EULA
