Heath care isn't a human right, I would much rather pay for health care. And who cares? Profit is great, money is great. If you cant be bothered to find/keep a job, that's 100% on you. There are so many labor jobs that pay great and have benefits. If you want some free heath care so bad, work for a company that offters it or stop complaining. 

Health care in Czech republic is paid in some part of taxes from complete income (basicly someone have 30000 CZK and some money will go for heath insurance and some for government and after these payments that person gets 25000 CZK), so it's not much for free. (Health insurance takes about 13% of total income)

i also like living in a place with laws that actually make sense
