  1. I would add some scenery in the background. The flatland is clearly visible and won't look good in an animation.
  2. Please spend more than 10 minutes on your animation.
  3. Target Audience I am targeting this tutorial mainly to users that are grade levels 8 and below (~13 and under) as this tutorial is for those that little to no art, media, and/or photography experience. 1. What Makes a Good Wallpaper? 2. Creating an Idea 3. Creating a Focal Point 4. Consistent Style 5. Strike a Pose 6. Fill In The Blank 7. Lighting and Color 8. Post Production Other Tips: All of these tips are what I have learned over the three years I've been using Mineimator. Congrats to anyone who actually read the whole thing. I tried to add as many different pictures as I could to keep you guys interested. If you want me to give you tip on how to improve a specific wallpaper, pm before you post it. Credits: All of the wallpapers seen above were made by me using Mineimator and edited with external programs. The creators of the rigs used in the wallpapers can be found in their separate posts (ask if you want to know who made a specific rig)
  4. People rarely pose group photos right. Each character should have their own unique personality in them. This has some personality but some of them very unnatural. It is an improvement on your friend's though. Also, please post your pictures like this: The image quality is bad in your thumbnails.
  5. It's bit of an over-edited mess but I'll say its pretty good for something made in around a half-hour with without a mouse (trackpad). I don't know why I made so many LoZ themed wallpapers as I haven't ever finished a single one.
  6. That sun is way too bright.but it's pretty good other than that.
  7. I'm going to make a tutorial on wallpapers later today. Sneak peak at the example I'm going to use:

  8. Other Versions: Trying out some black and white themes. Feedback is appreciated. I would of added more trees but my laptop started to freeze up.
  9. Your format should look something like this if you want to attract people to join:
  10. Messing around with old wallpaper:

  11. It is probably because there is no file attachment in the URL. It should end with .png or.jpg. If it doesn't, it won't show up. I recommend right clicking, "copy image" and paste it into your signature. Don't use the "insert image from url".
  12. This is mostly a response to @Artamiel Crescent's topic: I only used two programs: MI Community Build and Google Chrome +OBS for recording. Only 4 imported textures were used. Time making original: ~15 Minutes (Mostly because I didn't know what I should make) Time editing: ~10 Minutes Images: Its not the greatest wallpaper but keep in mind that the point of this was to prove a point.
  13. Unedited Versions: No Rain Version: I just keep trying to make realistic trees. I want to keep working on this but my crappy laptop was about to crash. Community Build was used
  14. This was going to be a tutorial on the use of fog but I got lazy.

    fire effects?

Use the particle creator. There is a preset you can mess around with.

But everything is made of atoms which are theorized to be made of circles... Mindblown On topic, thanks for the feedback. It nice to get that up-rep notification ringing again. If I ever make another rig, I'll take closer attention to details
  17. I was going to upload a timelapse with my switch rig but my Hitfilm keeps crashing. You guys can look at this moviemaker export for the moment

I guess you're new to my rigs. I don't usually make rigs with Minecraft animations (or any animation) in mind. From my statistics, only about 10-20% of the people who view my rigs download them anyways. I just like making rigs. If you want to make an animation with a Switch, use this rig

More Pictures: This was made quickly so it may not be well optimized or user friendly. I just wouldn't recommend trying to animate the buttons. Download http://www.mediafire.com/file/z90e47zkm432gz4/Switch.zip
  20. It seems to be okay in this case because I don't see any textures used in the screenshots.
  21. Putting an up-rep so you don't lose any reputation cause you didn't do anything "wrong". There is probably someone out there wanting to know how to do this anyway.
