    You got the colors all wrong. He's not just all black and grey. First of all, he has two jackets, the bottom one is red and the top one is dark greenish-blue, and his shorts are like army green.

    For your first rig, it looks nice. A few critiques though, I'd keep the first one more than the other two. Using spheres with blocky characters clashes styles, hurts the eyes. Also, I'd practice on texturing a bit more. Cuz the pencil lines look very lazy.

    It kinda does. It's just good practice to change the resolution of the actual project rather than faking it like that. It's the principle of it.

    It's just an awful, unreliable and inaccurate way of getting black bars. To get a real "cinema-scope" go to project settings and change your aspect ratio from 16:9 to 2.35:1 or however they do it in MI
