Whenever I think of the difference between the versions controller vs keyboard and mouse isn't even a thing for me.
But I wouldn't say Minecraft on controller sucks.
Keyboard and mouse gaming is generally better, I'll agree with you there.
However I just prefer a controller. Idk, I guess its because I started gaming on xbox 360 first, so controllers just kinda stuck with me or something. Even when I play Bedrock on pc I'll connect my Xbox controller to my computer(unless I'm working on an addon or with commands).

Maybe when you join the forums, it should force you ti read the rules using eye-tracking technology to make sure you read every word.
