Oh, you're a new one right? Don't worry, useally this process takes at least a day, maximum should be two days, otherwise there should be something wrong, and idk if by now your problem is already solved, because profile post might count as a content review for the Moderators

And BTW, that counts for your whole account, once approved, all your other content will be free to post at any rime, just Reed the rule to make sure you don't spam or post non allowed content
