Yes, Yes and Yes. The Huns, Genghis Khan, Hitler, Japanese, The Pope, Holy Crusades and plenty more, I'm not even scratching the surface. I'm positive @ElvenShot and @Frossa could make a book just with a list of past bloodshed off the top of their head. I don't think there was ever a time in the past where all the conditions you said were "No". I'd safely say, I'd rather be in modern times then the 'past'. I know what you're trying to say on the topic but yeah... -
Did this only happen when updating Mineimator? It's a bug/problem that occurs, since the update doesnt update the settings file. Go to the folder/directory leading to where I just quoted you and delete the settings.file. Then try starting Mine-imator upagain, it should create a new and updated settings file.

Wine comes with it own version of Direct X (It's how it runs Windows programs in the first place), however, if you wish to use Microsofts Direct X, which is needed, you'll need to use WineBottler to download and install Direct X. Since I'm not 12 and ignorant I'll actually give some criticism! Yeah, im shocked too! I'm not sure if it's your rig or not, but it's actually pretty blocky and smooth, but the teeth look horrible due to them being round like compared to the rest of the blocky body. Otherwise look's great. I'd move the light source to a different angle, to allow better shadowing, it causes depth in the wallpaper, making it more realistic and better looking. The eyes look like you just added a few dots in paint. And lastly, a better angle with the camera, the camera is 100% facing his face, it makes his head look flat and 2d, a slight angle change would make this 10x better. 6/10. All windows OS's come with a basic version of Direct X, however it needs to be updated over time to use more newer/modern programs. To answer your Question on what it is: It's basically a hook/API that handles the graphical and auditory side of programs and more. Also it's always good to have an updated version, as it makes games/programs more optimized to run. If you want a more detailed explantion: Click here

Well if you want to be able to use Mine-imator you'll have to. Not to mention ton's of games, applications and programs use Direct X for graphics rendering and many other things. By default all windows come with a basic version of Direct X, but you'll need to update it from time to time (Like in your case) to use more modern programs. And by updating/downloading a new version, your games and programs that rely on the graphical side of things will have a huge increase in optimization. Read this if you think im lying: Click me! The amount of RAM you have on your pc doesn't change how much the program can use. All windows programs by default are limited to 2GB(32bit) or 3-4GB(64bit I believe). You can manually break this limit through page files and changing permission flags via the .exe file. So yeah, Unless you manually change the limit your OS sets, it'll be stuck like this, regardless of your total RAM.

This is actually pretty nice. The glow effect would look better if the glow didn't suddenly get dark when viewing the bottom of the building/city. Your animation smoothness isn't too bad either, it needs some work but you're already doing better than most. Keep it up.

You can export without the use of a folder, you just have to make sure the root parent of the rig is selected, and all child objects or 'attached parts' will be exported in the .object aswell as incorporated textures. Theres a save icon underneath that can save the selected hierarchy of objects for you. Here's an image: -
What Mine-Imator Version is this? And what type of installation are you using? The Installer or Archived one? Also it looks like your GPU or card is struggling to keep up with the layers and views. And I'd recommend trying to open it without any other programs open(Especially the browser as shown in the GIF), only makes the RAM and GPU usage higher than it needs to be.

The software the forums uses is IPBoard, it's mobile friendly and auto-detects the device your using and adjusts your experience to it. (Unless your device is retarded it'll work) Just use your browser on your phone, ipboard looks amazing on it, and my phones a windows phone, so that should say enough. I dont think it needs an 'app' since it looks fine the way it is. It's not browser only, it does have API hooks. Aswell as a Mobile theme. I'm not even gonna ask what you mean by it was made with clipboard..

Yes, I'll link it in this post. It only changes all the possible various icons and GUI textures though. If you're talking about skinning the interface, my mod probably wouldn't be able to do that, as the interface is hard-coded using functions rather than images. I can definitely try and have a look at skinning though if that's what you're looking for.
