so I am new to mine imator and the four rooms and I made this profile picture. so what do all you guys think is there any thing I can improve on and is there any thing to like about it. I would like to improve so don't be shy to give some constructive criticism but please don't be mean. and please note that I can't really in prove the lighting settings because if I tweek the slytist thing my PC lags like there is no tomorrow. any way let me know what you think of it. oh and I can't figure out how to put bigger pictures so if need to see it more clearly you mite have to visit my page sorry ?

When you reply (or even react) to a status update, you automatically recieve a notification everytime someone replies. You can't change that in the notifications settings and it's super annoying! >_< It should be like posts: you choose to recieve notifications or not. Please someone who still have contact with David, please ask him to change that. I'm not the only one who complained about that.

I made this with a few textures, and I'd say it's the most realistic shine on water I've ever seen. HOWEVER, it doesn't have reflections, yet. I guess you used the pointlight to make fake light bouncing, but you should reduce his range and maybe make the light fade higher

Looks pretty good for a beginner. Honestly not much else to say, I think you have the fundamental ideas down and you'll just improve what you've got as you practice more. My advice is just keep making stuff. As for the image size question:

maybe there should be a little switch on each post to see if you want notifications for it or not, because maybe theres a certain post that you DO want to see notifications for but you dont want to see notifications on other stuff
