well, here's an improved animation test

you can clearly see the improvement hopefully

the only problem is i set the sword to the wrong keyframe and forgot to fix it

Just keep practicing. You're at a very early stage of your artistic development and the only real thing you can do is study other people's techniques and sink dozens more hours into the software so you can improve.
