Video Too Large...

When I try to export a video in says I have 8568 frames even though in reality I've edited around 250. How do I fix this?

It's like due to you accidentally placing a frame around that 8500 frames mark. You'll just have to find it and delete it, and I'd suggest just marking a whole area on the keyframe timeline (around 5000-10000 should do it) and then deleting. Avoid of course touching the keyframes from your current animation and only mark within 2000-4000 frames within the area.
