Cant open Mine-imator

Every time I open Mine-Imator  it says there was an error the last time mine-imator was used. here is the file.

You set up Mine-imator in the Windows directory (which is quite stupid, the Windows folder is only for system critical files).

Because of that, Mine-imator can't save or edit files unless it is run in administrator mode. I suggest reinstalling Mine-Imator in a directory like C:\Program Files (x86)\Mine-imator.

Thanks for the effort but it didn't work it says c++ runtime error now. Please help
