can't open projects or creat projects

so after a while of being buss whit other stuff and not this program i decided to come back and use it some more 

but now when i try to open or create a project it just get stuck in this wierd loop

and when i click one of them or cancel its just goes to a menu where is asked if i want to save it or not: 

if i do no its goes back to this menu again

if yes it saves and goes back to the menu

selecting one of the projects brings you AGIAN back to the menu 

 

plz help i dont know how to get this fixed

Maybe you accidentally moved the destination folder of the projects. I would copy all your projects to a separate folder and reinstall.
