You sort of over-keyed Undyne a bit, which is not all that bad. what you wanna do is remove the keys that throw the pieces of the rig around too much and also make the heart go up, then down. Also you want to offset her movement as well by making one piece move in front of the other (animation-wise, don't actually put them all in a line and move them accordingly XD).

 

An example is that I have a person breathing with exaggeration (He is going up when inhaling, and going down when exhaling) and his arms move with his body. I don't want that so I would offset the keys to where the body goes down a bit then the arms start gonig down too. But after doing that you would also want to offset the arms as well from eachother. Eh, just look at this and you will see what I mean (I hope):

Okay... that probably wasn't best example but I hope you get what I mean when I say to offset your keys.
