as a new member this is decent, the shadows need work,

glowing eyes aren't my favorite

turn the brightness all the way up for the torch and particles

 

but overall this is pretty good for a new member

It's "eh".

The lighting is bad.

The posing could be better.

The camera angle could be better.

And the eyebrows overlap your eyes. That's not how eye brows work

What you could do to fix these things is to look up some 3 point lighting tutorials for lighting, rule of thirds tutorials for the camera angles, and learning the basic fundamentals of animation for the posing.
