the add animation to next keyframe button

sorry this is the third question, but I realized there is a add walk/run cycle to next keyframe button, at the bottom left of the page! could you tell me how to use it?

If you want:

1. Add a beginning keyframe
2. Add the end keyframe and change position of the character (The cycle does the rest for you)
3. Select the last one and click the add cycle button

But in all honesty you should do what @Dannyboi says and make your own cycle

Simple answer: You don't. It's very low quality. Try making your own cycle.
