Your graphics card and or your .Net framework is screwed up. Basically, you have to get a better computer, or graphics card.

Awesome rig! I decided to use it and add on things to it to help create the character i use in my animations.

I think I have pass the same problem too. The "Stev.png" skin canvas' size is double compared to the Default skin. So, to skin it we must make the pixel from 1x1 to 2x2. I think that what is his problem.
