No offense, but... Ew.
You have to work on it, A LOT.  
And please, don't just create fight animations as soon you download MI. Animate something else, like parkour or something like that. A decent combat animation is very hard to make. Hell, even I can't create a decent one after being a combat animator for a year.

Its mostly because i asked a friend what i can animate. As you can see i still need to work on my animation.

True that mate, getting that smooth action and reaction takes time to achieve that full effect! But I usually use Mineimator for story animations and comedy. Out of all my time I pretty much only did 2 fighting animations I believe, and the first one sucked!
