make sure when you select the arrow that only the parent folder is selected not everything, because if yo highlihght everything then EVERYTHING is gonna move.

That's what I've done. But then these move arrows are so far away...

move the folder where you want the character to be and reset everything else's positions so the character is where the folder is but in the position you want it to be in

Folders don't have CRPs I don't believe
