Please criticize, I know something's wrong with the running animation. I couldn't find what was wrong, if any of you guys can please tell me how to fix it. Thanks!

you probably have a transition stuck for all the the key frames for when he moves its best to use as minimum of transitions as possible for the entire character keyframe the and legs. keep them linear when it comes to chain movements

keep them linear when it comes to chain movements and just add n transitions from there to make a perfect running cycle.
