Okie dokie then lets start:

1. He backs up and does not proceed to follow the process of lunging foward to start the flip therefore making that a little unrealistic

2. He jumped unrealistically to far 

3. And lastly this is a small one but there's sort of a stop motion when hes in mid air.

So overall 6/10 good job m8.

Oh boy this is perfect! Maybe make the jumping anticipation pose more exaggerated, feels unrealistic as said above.
