I know its been a looong time sense I posted my last rig, but -

Welcome to my
Element Animations
Face Rig!

Here are some Pros and Cons along with some up coming features!

Pros:

3D Eyes and Mouth!
Almost identical to Element Animations face rig for C4D!
Easy to retexture!
Very organized!

Cons:

Mouth cant Bend.
No female Eyebrow or eyelash presets.
Kinda hard to stretch the eyes up if  you have double eye skins (like mine).

Up coming features in V2.0!
Pretty much all the cons accept the last one!

you know you have to delete the eyes right? and you have to delete the spaces in the skin that its deleted on the steve preset

However, if you have a skin with 4 spaced eyes, it glitches the skin... completely. 

Just erase the eyes, and stretch the eyes to Y0.128
and move it down a little bit, and then stretch the pupils to how you like it :)

Yours is better than @Allemn's, because his rigs mouth is rounded, when smiling. BTW, can yours smile?

No.. mine cant smile yet :( but the element animation rig dosnt smile.. so yah.

hmm I knew the villagers could smile. but they must have just added the characters smile.. because I was watching old episodes of Eggs Guide and they were not smiling...
