i've seen many people on the forums and there are cool pictures,links,cool texts below their posts.

After that just find the signatures/signature

It's called a signature.

You go to your profile pic on the top right, next to it's your name and you click it. You search the option "Account settings" and when you do it, you'll be able to edit various aspects of your profile. Once there you search the "Signature" option and put in whatever you want, you hit save and there you have it. Though you can't have an excessively large signature or else you'll get a warning point, the maximum tall is 250 pixels I think.
