How to animate a background (Mainly for newbies)

This is just a quick simple tutorial for newbies that want to work a background in Mine-imator

It may not be the best but at least i tried!...I think.

I spend too much time of these.

Also, speed of something happening just based on how far away their keyframes are is dependent on how many keyframes a second the animation is. But yes, if it's closer than something else, it'll happen sooner.
