Anyways Mine-imator is a primary source and you need a secondary program to make it look better.

if the program is in good hands you don't even have to use a secondary program at all.

These are not really "shaders" they are post processing 2d filters and not 3d

Unfortunately we are stuck with what we have unless some wizard decides to rebuild Mine Imator in C++. Until then we will have to deal with it. It's unfortunate that depth of field is broken and doesn't work through transparent textures. This is one of the biggest fundamental flaws with the program. It ruins a lot of potential good cinematic shoots. Not to mention you can forget about using flares, or anything with a transparency on it, if your shoot is using depth of field... it's pretty limiting.
