first, get a NEON colour, only neon works.

then, set the brightness up to 100%.

neon is when it is in the top right corner. darkening it too much makes it not work.

It will make it work, just not stand out as much as neon colours

his was visible. light coming off. mine does not have visible light.

For visible light rays you will need a photo/video editing software that supports that glow effect

For visible glow around it, you need a custom texture and keep adding lots and lots of surfaces, each with the alpha slightly lower when you go out. that's how SKIBBZ did glow on his Red Skeleton rig.

New people dont need to learn cheap ways of doing effects. They'd have more use of the advanced ways.

And anyone can figure this out themselves.
