Error viewing topics? (Also a Question)

So, every now and then, I go to view a topic, and I get the error code that I don't have permission to view the content. I would like to know what this means. I seem to get it whenever I try to view any topic by HoneyAbune. not saying those are the only ones its happening with, but that's the only pattern I've noticed. there must be some pattern I don't notice. I'm asking what this pattern is. For instance, I got it just now.

I was trying to view

 

which is HoneyAbune's topic "Think of a name for my new youtube channel" and I got the error code:

2F173/H

So what is this?

The permission one usually means it got deleted as it broke a forum rule.

Honey Abunes topic was hidden, he hid it himself for some reason.

This same thing happened to my friend, on several roleplays. They aren't hidden, I can access them just fine.
