Popular Post Voxy 7.3k
Because nobody likes seeing wallpapers with lazily posed characters in vast and boring grassy fields, I bring to you "How to Make Wallpapers Properly", a place where everyone can learn how to improve their Mine-imator creations. This collection of tips is mainly aimed at beginners, but I'm sure more experienced people might learn a trick or two! If there's a topic you'd like me to cover in future tips, please let me know! Enjoy! Edited March 15, 2016 by Voxy New tip! pizzachiledog, Ratchet55, DeadGamingLight and 143 others 144 1

Penecho 797
This applies to basically anything visual, too: wallpapers, animations, drawings, photography, etc.

Shah 2.2k
This applies to basically anything visual, too: wallpapers, animations, drawings, photography, etc. However, for the anti-aliasing tip, rendering your animation in 4K would take far too long. And downscaling would be a pain too if you didn't have a good video editing software. Penecho
FreshyPie 53
Great tips, especially the 4k anti-aliasing one, I hope for more soon, they're really helpful. :> Voxy

The Animator 53
Mine imator can now handle 128x textures? But..... i crashed with 128x... HOW DID YOU MAKE THAT POSSIBLE?!
Amethyst_Dragon 266
Adding something about scenery would be helpful, that's the part that I tended to get stuck on since I had to get stuff out of my mc worlds but it always looked cut off. The one time I tried to get enough scenery to keep from having to tilt the camera to hide the edges it gave my computer a heart attack. Which is another thing how do you hide the edges of the scenery without importing a really big file?

SDWAN 2.8k
Why is this pinned?
ÜberKiller 7.5k
Why is this pinned?I'd say because a lot of wallpaper makers (myself included) fail to realize these tips and shoot out easy-peasy wallpapers.
