I'm really starting to feel like all these volumetric lighting pics are just done in editing, because I always see tons of 'tests' but I cant seem to find any of them used in videos, or even tutorials about them.

 

Not hating, I'm just saying that if this is really done in mine-imator, then TELL US HOW PLZ!!!>!>!>!>1..11

Nope pinnacle studio.

This was actually done in a video editing software called pinnacle studio, to be honest, I didn't even know it could do this until now.
