I want to make an enderchest animation and I want a light look like this :   

 

But I don't know if it's possible, if yes someone can say to me how ?

Its not quite impossible. Using an item with a low transparency and blurred edges should kinda do the trick, but its not perfect. And you have to worry about the alpha glitch.

You can use the Effetc program to fix your light. Like After Effect. It's all free. ^^ Tip
