The animation is legal, the game is not.

But you forget Mojang still has control over Minecraft. People fear Minecraft will become a horrid title with a crappy sequel that nobody will remember, or it'll change and no longer be a PC exclusive, or they'll sell out to exboxe etc etc

 

It's been heard a lot now and they haven't done anything. As far as we know, this could be them reaching out to a PC audience. Which is good because then we might get more support on PC gaming.

Advertising = Money. But I think you safe regarding SkyDoesMinecraft and CaptainSparklez makes money from minecraft.

Okay, here's how it goes.

Gameplay: Fine if you claim it as fare-use

Animation: Same thing.

Only thing is you cannot claim minecraft and it's textures as your own.

You want said I can make my animation and game with all object of minecraft and I need just said it is not me the creator of minecraft? But if I sell the game? (with map of minecraft)
