Audio in mine-imator

OK, let's start, I wanted to make a mine-imator music video for "All-Star" by "Smash Mouth" but I couldn't get the guitar strumming right to match the tempo of the song!  It would be cool if they could add an audio recorder or importer into the program so it would be easier to make what I have been trying to make.

Are there any easy ways to do this?

Should audio be added into the software?

Is audio going to be added into the software?

Any suggestions on a way I could make this?

It was made in Game Maker Studio. So from a certain point of view, it is a game.

You can use a program to add the sounds. To make it fit you can make advanced animation, that means: Frame-by-frame.
