I DID IT!

• Face rig with control box
• Separate arms
• Double bends
• 3D Cloth
• Smooth Mounth
• ULTRA SMOOTH Eyebrow
• Fingers
• Eye reflection
• Bendable tongue (Idk why I did this)
• More than one villager!

Spoiler

• Move controls to move head's parts
• Move additional controls (Little green cubes) to change emotions
• Use the bend for 2nd bends and fingers
• Select all parts of eyebrow and change the bend to control eyebrow
• Change the pupils' control's colour to change pupils' colour
• MAKE CONTROLS FOLDER INVISIBLE BEFORE RENDERING!

• Separate controls for pupils

I actually like the brown arms, gives some extra dimention. I think if Cat had put 3D arms around it it would've been to massive.
