Ad.fly are fine for things that are your own - and you don't break rules. However I won't recommend using them for images, it's a bit iffy and if I personally see an ad.fly for something so simple that can be embed in the post, I will close it immediately for wasting my time. Personal opinion. Oh also, trust level being a new user is low at the start, although I've verified there is an actual image and an actual mediafire download, I haven't downloaded the latter.
