C++ Coding or something is hard(I think Mine-Imator is made by C++).

 

It's created in GameMaker, which has a language very similar to C++, and the program is converted into C++ code. The DLLs for schematics, .avi exporting and image importing are made in C++ however, so what you said is not entirely incorrect.
