Making a minecraft version of "Digital Shadow" but i can't get the running smooth.

keep an account of where your character places it's foot.when playing the animation, look if the foot placement  of your character feels right

here's a topic that'll help

adding effects

yuove gtta use a third party program like vegas

My animation looks great in slow motion (tempo 5) but not at normal speed. Why?

everything looks a loot better in slow mo because it does not let the viewers to focus much on your characters movements.provide as much information as you can to your animation by adding as many keyframes as you can

I mean adding effects in sony vegas. you and redcap did a great Job there with the light rays

on vegas theres a effect called sony rays all you have to do is provide a white surface(from where you want the rays to come from)

Do you know how to make Physics or ragdolls?

not possible yet but you can animate it
