Finally After Trainings of smooth animating i made it!

i will tell you how!

first make sure all body parts have ease in and out quadratic and round bending (For better Experience)

WARNING!: dont make a other keyframes of human and don't change transition of it.

1. make a character

2.change all transitions to ease in and out quadratic

3.make a keyframe and leave it linear where the walking animation will end

4.Back To Starter KeyFrame and on for example keyframe 5 change the rotation of legs and arms

5.when you completed making animation start bending arms and legs

and remember! dont bend arms and legs until you will don't complete animating.
