I need my skin rigged

this is what I want:

Fingers? Yeah but don't put to much detail on it

 

Moving eyes, mouth, etc? Yes please

 

Any extra stuff? Well yeah this is kinda the worst part :/

I want to have a 3D coat I think you can see the coat on my skin

(make the coat up to the knees please )

 

 

Now you need my 2D skin?
