Heavenira here! After a lot of tests I found out an awesome way of exporting your animation! All you need is the program called MPEG Streamclip!

Start off by opening Mine-imator:

Then open one of your animations. It doesn't matter how long the duration is.

Use the Google Calculator and follow steps by Zuexs.

Click on "export to .avi" which you'll find on top of Mine-imator. When it asks you to choose a codec, pick "Full Frames (Uncompressed)."

When your animation is done rendering, open MPEG Streamclip.

Press Ctrl+O at the same time. After that, find the animation that you saved.

After that, click on "File" and go to "Export to MPEG-4..."

Clicking on that should bring you up to a window. You can configure any options from there. Although, you must change the fps to 24. Click "Make MP4" when you're done.

And Voilà! There's your animation that is compatible with other programs! Here's the .gif of the image! (Bad quality though)

so is this just changing this out of .avi?

if so im pretty sure there is A simpler way

but it is helpful to know

This is one of the most simple. The fact that Mine-imator exports animations with a high framerate makes it a bit glitchy with other programs. The point of this is to change the fps to 24. Therefore, other programs won't have trouble trying to fit it in correctly.
