Maybe enlarge the Image by double to make the 'smoothness' much more smooth, then tone down the stare by shrinking the eyes a bit, and adding eyebrows (thin) and eyelids to tone it down more.

Good idea, and it is in the suggestions. I made the pupils bigger to give it less of a stare look, but I will try the smaller pupils. I'm also gonna get rid of the beard to give it the 'less creepy/staring' look, but thanks for the suggestion!
