  1. So a lot of people have been suggesting of things for Mine-imator, but they've always got 'David isn't working on features for Mine-imator anymore, he's only adding blocks/ mobs.' in the comments, but 1.10 has came and 1.11 is on it's way, and no activity in Mine-imator releases has happened, and with Mojang deciding to push out Minecraft updates faster, it's a huge set-back on development. So, a good comeback to this would to get a(relatively small) developer team to help the development of Mine-imator be a bit faster than it is currently is now. Pros: Faster development. Cons: Mine-imator is no longer soley developed by the original creator(David).
  2. Hi Guys! The thing is, I am planning on making my own Mine-Imator Series. It will be a bit like RWBY, but of course I am not going to plagiarize RWBY! I'm still thinking of a name, but I sort of like the name Minecraft Time. I am currently working on the character models, weapons, and other items needed for the animation. However, I have a problem. I... need your help with the cities. The story line of Minecraft Time is based on a mixture of medieval and modern times (try watching Fairy Tail, it will give you a look on what I am going for).I lack the cities and other places needed for the animation, and I am not that much of a builder, which is why I need your help. So please, grace me with your wonderful creations, and I will put your name on the description once I used your creation. So, here is what i need: > A large medieval town, complete with a Huge Castle, houses, town hall, and other stuff in there. > A city that is put on a Mesa Biome, it needs to look like the Wild West. > A city in the End. It needs to look like an actual city. I want it to look like a city for wizards. > A city in the Nether. It needs to look like a city that can be seen in the nether. > a city that is put in a Snow Biome. You know what I mean. > a city in that is put in the Desert. Try looking up the Hidden Sand Village. Even though I do not want to plagiarize Naruto too, that should give you an idea of what i am going for. > a city Underwater. I want it to look a bit like Atlantis. I will ask again for your help if I needed anything else. Thanks!
  3. I've been going around the forums and browsing the chat lately and I've been seeing things like "don't swear" or "cursing isn't allowed on the forums." So I went back to the forum rules and scoped it out and I know some of you have looked at the rules already but this is what I saw: Pointless swearing/overuse of CAPS Pointless swearing or no swearing at all? Make up your mind The Glorious David so I can have a straight answer. No disrespect. c: And while we're on the subject, what's Pointless Swearing? Is it just swearing for no reason? I can understand that but people have a reason to curse at times and still get called on it, and I'm just over here like:
  4. I'm not really good with schematics, so I can't help, but I noticed that, even though the schematics/textures are awesome, the resources sub-forum are mostly requests than resources itself, so I think David should make another category called "requests", just for organization's sake. What do you guys think?
  5. I have an idea, it's to put some instances as keyframes that change in time. For example steve finds a sword on the ground (not locked to his hand), then he picks it up (locked to the hand) and then he throws it (locked again). Instead of making three different animations of putting the sword's position in his hand at each arm movement. What do you think?
