Try to download the newest DirectX installer from Microsoft's website: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/179113/how-to-install-the-latest-version-of-directx Than go to IObit's website and download Driver Booster. Normally you need to pay but you can download a trial version: http://www.iobit.com/en/driver-booster.php If you still having issues just scream and I am right here! Also I have the same issue!
