  1. From what I know it's kind of the same reason for why he wont add minor features for 2.0 when he added major features already. He is way to far in the development with the 2.0 (Keep in mind this is the last update he will be working on.), so getting a new feature like the painter system for MB is not on his priority. (Apart from IK support to MB which will come later after 2.0 gets a final release version.)

  6. Oh yeah this bug. I have experienced this bug multiple times and i can say that with certainty it sucks dongs. Not putting them into one file, I usually delete parts that are parented by accident and when i redo the part that i deleted disappears.

    It is actually simple: Launch Mine-Imator and load a random project or create one, then you can either go to Resources tab under the Project Properties and click on the + icon that says "Add a new Resource from a file". Find the location where the texture pack is stored and open it. It should just automatically import to the project. Or the other way which the same thing, but quicker or not, click the import file icon next to new project on the taskbar. Same thing Find the location where the texture pack is stored and open it. You will get a prompt instead select the resource pack and click. It should just automatically import to the project. Simple to the point.

    -Welp time to throw the whole plot armor explanation for Ethan Winters into the bin.

    -It seems like Capcom took some notes from Silent Hill PT, because that baby segment was ******* creepy.

    -RIP Ethan Winters. I was hoping to see more of him in the later games.

    -Nice way of tying the RE lore into this game Capcom. But please no more notes.

    -You can't change my mind on this, Lady Dimitrescu is still attractive in her human form, But her final form was ******* badass.

  15. Mojang should have just delay caves and cliffs to holiday in my opinion. Sure it will disappoint most because of deadline, but it would be worth it.  But they made the decision to split the update. So, I am not gonna judge them for this. I am very mixed right know after I thought about it. Scratch that I don't support their decision, but if that's what they want to do, let them do it.

  16. I did not know you can use ReShade on Mine-Imator of all softwares... (I am still baffled right know just looking at that render..)

      ReShade is an graphic injector
      As long as the software written in DX 9, DX 11/12, Open GL, and Vulkan, ReShade will work properly :D

       

  17. If I have to criticized the render, I would tweak the lighting for them lanterns a bit, but it's good for a remake.

  20. I am going to assume that he is talking about, how the 1.16 worlds do not load in the world importer, causing an error named like this: There is currently one method to work arounds on this. Try to update the chunks to fix it if your world was opened to 1.16, but that works to some extent. (Some blocks are invisible) Here is the link to a tread that led to a potential fix. (Based on others responses it should work.):

  23. I have low expectations for this a thing, but would be cool to have the Specular Map feature inside MI. In Simple terms: Specular Map is basically a texture that determines how bright/shiny the texture or surface needs to be. The higher the value of a pixel from black being the darkest and white being the brightest. The shinier surface will be. Technically you could in theory make Specular maps work in Mine-Imator if you use the real time masking OR just edit it. But it would make the process a bit easier. But i obviously have a feeling that this wont be a feature for a few thoughtful reasons: 1. It will be way too complex for beginners to understand. 2. Probably lag the crap out of a project if you have alot of textures, especially if you have potato pc. 3. Probably the GameMakers limit will hammer the idea to the dumpster fire. 4. Because the new light overhaul is a thing for upcoming MI 1.3.0, probably it wont be necessary to implement it. So, what do you guys think? Is it good idea or stupid or not. Let me know in the comments.
  24. Yeah, I understand you're problem. The download links for 1.2.6 are currently broken for some reason (This includes from zip to exe), so in a nutshell: when you click exe or zip link of 1.2.6 it won't download, it will redirect you back to DL page, and nothing. (you can test this yourself, if you have the same issue.) IDFK what happened to it so, there is no way currently to roll back to 1.2.6 from my knowledge. Strange website bug or not, you might want to roll back too 1.2.5 or older versions. (These ones are not effected currently, seems like recent ones are affected by it.) Also if anyone had this issue too let me know. _Al Galaxy_ edit: David Fixed The DL bug for 1.2.6. so yay.
