8 gigs is good for an older mac laptop, and i5 is ok, 256 gigs, it's good for a laptop, and yeah i understand the laptop thing.
-
When i said slightly i meant on mine, what is on your's? mine is 2 gigs, apple says maximum of 4, but there is a way to make it 6 gigs. meant to quote you're response to me

i can run mine-imator on my macbook 2008, (I used to) but i stopped because this one is better, in order to run mine-imator, i sugges tbootcamp, or wine, (you can only run mine-imator 1.0.0). i use wine btw, but it's not very good for anything else you mentioned. except you can upgrade the ram slightly

I'm working on a large, advanced furniture rig, it will have so much furniture, including a lava lamp! (you know there's a lot of furniture when there is a lava lamp) if you would like to try something, (this is what i did for my first rig) i i built a detailed sonic screwdriver and then used mcedit to make it a .schematic which i imported into mine-imator, and scaled it down (and i made 3 other sonics, a dalek, a tardis, and a tardis key) pic : http://imgur.com/I7C4yCV

k, i'll check out paint.net, it sounds usefull
-
Are there filters in vanilla mine-imator? or did you use some outside software
-
Ah, ok i will try it thanks. Nevermind! it is to export the selected keyframe, which does not make it a .object, or even a useable option! I have actually made a rig for this in version 1.0.0, but what i did was make the model, then just copy the file and repaste it and build off of it

amazing!

I wonder, how do you trn an object made in mineimator into a .object file? that is all i really need to know before i can publish my rigs.
-
I Figured but how do i make it a .Object?
-
i kinda figured that was how, but i want to know, do i simply export them with a single frame and then change the file to .object? and if i add custom textures will they stay when i export them?
