  2. Thank you Yea, like I said I couldn't get the lighting the way I wanted it, my options were kinda limited .n.
  3. Reflection in the Storm..~ Another random render I made in Mine-Imator, got inspiration to make this while I was listening to a song. I had a few problems while making this, it didn't turn out the way I hoped it would. Hope you all like it
  4. Wait.. I just won a day on here?

    That's never happened before~ aaa

  5. You know what, I feel like I've maybe had some good moments on here..

  6. I see what you are going for, it's a neat idea. Some quick tips for next time you make a render (Don't worry, this isn't me telling your render is bad ^^;) For lighting, never use default Mine Imator lighting and don't use the default night time. Keep it day and change the colours in the background settings Also, use a resource pack that seperates the 'glowing' parts from the 'non glowing' parts for torches And finally, mess around with scenery and fog. I'll link a few resources that'll help ya out ^^ SharpWind is a great inspiration. Lighting - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EW0STx0lxKw Selective Glow - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvVvpeIF_WE Link to his free to use resource: https://www.mediafire.com/file/klm6jp1cthuvi06/Sharps_Selective_Glow.zip/file For scenery, I can't really tell ya what to do, Import some scenery, mess around with the background settings, it's all up to you ^^ I wish you all the best on your journey
  7. Mermaid/Siren Tail Rig for Mine Imator 1.2.9 Images: Instructions: Download Credit for the model goes to the author for Ice and Fire (I believe it was Tree Puncher but I am not sure, please let me know!) I only ported it for Mine-Imator. Hope you all like it ^^ ---------- Recently while I was messing with Mine-Imator, I wanted to make a Mermaid Tail rig that is easy to use. While I was looking for models to use for renders and maybe animations. I stumbled across the Ice and Fire mod which already has a Mermaid Tail model.. though I couldn't find it in the files so I remade it using the texture in Blockbench and ported it over to Mine-Imator. Mermaid Tail swimming is one of my hobbies that I enjoy practicing, I own two tails and I've been practicing for a couple of years now ^^ Anyways, hope you all like this rig
  8. I'm a little bit lost, can you explain what your problem is with your current project?
  9. I see, the one I was referring to was Total Miner Forge. It was probably my favourite clone I've played, it did some really neat things that made it stand out.
  10. No worries, good luck
  11. I sadly can't help you make the rig but finding a skin may help. I found one for you. Hope this helps. I can send you an item sheet template if you would like also.
  12. Where am I?.. Another random thing I made, I was recently playing an old minecraft clone that I played when I was 12 and decided to make something for my character, spawning in the wrong game. See if you can figure out what game I'm referring to xp I am a bit rusty with posing and lighting so I hope it doesn't look too horrible. I played around with some of new settings Mine Imator has too. Either way, I hope you all like it
  13. I believe this is a common thing among artists and animators.

Coming back here and remembering all the old crap I made during 2016 - 2018 is really bothering me.

In other words, I really hate my old animations. Sometimes Tdit brings up the 'error world' from that dumb music animation thing I made, those stupid MGB battles I tried to make that honestly was just me cashing in on the Reality craze. I didn't even enjoy making half the stuff I made.

And then my life went to hell and I lost pretty much all the motivation I had left to make animations.

I'm just kinda stuck.. I wanna make something to make up for all that I put you all through. I was 14 when I was making my first animations so I guess I should cut myself some slack. I don't know though..

Oh and that 'sheath' thing on my horse rigs.. oh my god..

I did not leave myself with a legacy to be proud of at all.. It's funny too, during the past few years my old animations never sprung into my mind, it was only recently when I came back that I realized *oh shit.. what the hell did I do on here? What was I thinking?*

Sorry for rambling, I just wanted to let this out.

  14. I honestly enjoy seeing how people make things, I can learn from it too ^^
  15. This is very neat, I love that you have shown how you made it too
  16. I can't really help you much with this, what I can tell you is try watching some tutorial videos or look at some pose references. Some resources, I do not own these nor create them. I hope this helps EDIT: There doesn't seem to be any tutorials for Mine Imator sword fighting. There is a livestream I found though but it's 2 hours long. I'll link it to you but you don't have to watch it
  17. I know why the UV isn't working for some models since like I said, they use a different UV What is a mystery is, some of the other models that uses the correct texture UV by default still has issues. I got these models from here https://mcpedl.com/user/ashmingguu/
  18. Hello everyone. A few weeks ago while looking for models for Mine Imator, I stumbled across this amazing modeller by the name ashmingguu who does some really cool vehicle models. I would've loved to use them but there's a few problems I'm having with them. Here is an example of one of their models. This model exports without any errors however, the model doesn't seem to export correctly visually. I'm not sure why this is On the other hand however, some models use a different texture UV. They will export into Mine Imator but the texture will not work since it is a different UV from what Mine Imator uses Of course, it doesn't work in Mine Imator because of this. The model again seems to be okay it's just the texture. I've tried a few models and discovered a few other issues. Also I may not be able to use these for animations, atleast not on my computer as these models are resource hogs. TLDR what I'm wanting to know is; A. What is and how can I fix the problem I'm having with the model in the first images? B. is there a way of converting the texture from Face UV to Box without breaking the texture? (I assume not) Any input would be appreciated, if there is anything else you need to know or if there is anything I missed out, please ask. Thank you
  19. The Heart of the Sea.. Some random thing I made while I was messing around with Mine-Imator.. may make this into a short animation, not sure, let me know what you think. Hope you all like it~ < 3 I haven't used Mine-Imator for a while and I had some inspiration to use it again from me playing Minecraft over the past couple of months.
