I suggest... upload images on imgur, then copy image location and paste it here. Like this Anyways, that's pretty good. I like that you used item sheets instead of cubes since you are a newbie

Put the item sheet, or whatever you used, closer to the block. Then go to your render settings and edit the shadows.

I think them lens flares doesn't fit. And it's bit too dark. but, huh, i guess it's not bad.
