Try using folders and overlap, watch sharpwind he made a tutorial about overlap, it makes it a lot better and also more movement with the legs when turning more movement And Transitions.

Also use ease in and out quadratic, literally look at all the transitions and see what fits or if you're like me use frame by frame or overlapping action. This guy is really helpful, you should really watch his tutorials.

The sky image isn't a skyphere (It moves as the camera moves) I see no bobbing while running (and they're running a bit too slow)
