I haven't actually animated anything for a while. Trying to get back into it with some idle motion.

I tried to base this off my own idle motions IRL. I have a hard time standing still, so I shift around a lot.

A RED SPY HAS ENTERED THE BASE

It's been maybe two months, and I still haven't figured out how to get on the Popular Creations list. Flamewars aside, there's no real pattern of the expectations. Some of the content are good, some bad, but I just can't see what gets it on there.

So atm I'm making a mini-mod that fixes foliage, so far I fixed dark oak/acacia leaves so now they use they biome color instead of one color.

pleas tell me I'm not the only person here who's hyped for this:
 

Every creator has a responsibility toward their fans. But there really isn't much that can be done about "fanboys". They come and go, really. I would say to always make what you are passionate about and just let whoever enjoys it to watch it. As long as you keep two-way communication with your fans to keep them informed and to make sure you know what they want vs what you can offer to them, then that's really all the control you have.
Every good creator on here does the best they can, and none of us knows exactly what another person may be going through. It's really not up to them who they attract, that's kind of the nature of the internet. All we can do in the end is do whatever makes us and those important to us the most happy and fulfilled.

some guidance you may want to take into consideration
 
you remind me very much of me when i first started. very confident, convinced that you are a professional, and are good enough to animate anything as you are. that was how i was when i first joined, and so as someone who can understand what you are thinking, i'm here to give you some advise.
1: there is always someone better then you (unless your either slamacow, skibbz, or dillongoo)
2: dont say that you are the best, it gives you an arrogant snobbish air
3: dont reveal 90% of the plots of your animations
4: dont be afraid to ask for help
5: be as creative as you can be (which, considering your content, should be very easy to do)
