Where is the Tools Where is the tools?

Everyone knew uploading the animation directly to YouTube takes a lot of time so I have one solution. Its editing it to Movie Maker add some music and done. But since I'm in a different computer, there are bounds of problems like this one: I can't add music because of this. Its .avi and it opens with AVS media player. I search for many solution like downloading a Movie Maker in the Microsoft website and even download Lagarith. For know I will wait for a grand total of 127 minutes of uploading. Please help. Oh!!! I forgot.... Here's the error so it can be fixed in DEMO 6. (I will not leak if its fixed cause I have the sample of DEMO 6 )

Its a pain to always create many frame just to fix 1 object to rotate just in the middle. I was making a Racing animation but when rotating the wheels, it rotate below cause the whole model to rotate. I want it to rotate in the middle so the wheel will rotate without moving at all so I can avoid making to many frames just to re-position the freaking wheel. I knew I done this somewhere but I cannot recall how. Teach me Senpai.
