...and there's an transparency glitch from vanilla Mine-imator's source code that makes certain parts of the image transparent if a sprite is render on top of the render.

took me at least half hour or say(Deepening on the struggles i had with the body and head)Anyway,I think i should work on a colored piece soon.

Not sure if you heard of her,But Il tell what she is,Part Butterfly with  Ice Powers(That's pretty much the simplistic way to explain)And her name will be revealed soon.

Well,I don't make posts mainly Because they don't get allot of feedback,But this is a WIP Character Im Currently rigging,Maybe a few changes Il do later on like the Chainsaw(You cant even see it)And that other random cool stuff(3D Hair,3D Armour.etc),Also Im giving Credit to @ÜberKiller for the Weapons,Despite being made last year,They are still good and Riggable L: And Who knows,He may or may not appear on a future animation. Heres a couple of Screenshots.I put a Steve for Size Comparison.
As you can tell,this Character  is well,Brute and Heavy Weaponry based.

I started messing around with textures. Didn't really turn out as planned.

Here's... some more stuff... I'm too lazy to make topics for these...

 

Just going to leave this here to get some thoughts about it.

On the topic of teams: 

Teams only fail when their members are not communicating properly; as that leads to confusion, arguments, and the eventual disbanding of the team. If a team wanted to succeed, I'd say they should be a small group, not a large one, as the more people there are, the harder it is to keep a steady line of communication. They should also be familiar with one another, or at least on friendly terms. They would need to actually work on projects, and be serious about it, with an established assembly line and a deadline as well, so everyone on the team knows exactly who is doing what and when it will be time for them to do their own task. They would also be prudent to keep their projects under-wraps until they're done with them, to avoid the typical: "We're going to make a huuuuge animation guys!... Wait, nevermind. Sorry, we got lazy/sidetracked/whatever, so we're not going to do it anymore." 
And finally, if someone wants to leave the team, or the team does disband, for whatever reason, there should not be drama about it. That way, if the person ever wants to return to the team, or if the team wants to reform, they can do it without facing embarrassment or the mockery of others.

Lemonade isn't just used to revive your spirit, it can also be used to crush it. I learned that the hard way. (Spilled lemonade on almost half of the keyboard on my laptop)
